Veteran's Freedom Mural Updates!

Welcome everyone! If you are in the local area or can drive to Big Boar Cycles in Columbia City, IN, we invite you to come and see the progress of the Veteran's mural. By visiting in person, you will have the opportunity to witness the significance of this mural as we receive more name submissions and donations. Recently, we have begun incorporating two veteran portraits into the mural, showcasing how we are blending the stories and names of these respected individuals into a cohesive composition that holds countless narratives within a single Story. We are pleased to include the portrait of Army Sgt. Royal Shafer and Army Veteran Anthony Gossard riding into heaven on his motorcycle.

We still have time to include your loved one's information on the mural before Veteran's Day on the 11th. Your submission doesn't have to be like everyone else's or just a basic portrait. We will tailor the content to your preferences. The imagery could be a name with a logo, call sign, or any item that helps share the story in honor of your loved one. The more details (text and imagery) you provide, the more unique and special this tribute will be. Please note that this project is self-funded, and any donations you offer along with your submission will greatly assist in acquiring materials and ensuring the quality of the mural. The amount you donate for submitting a name is entirely at your discretion, so any contribution, no matter how small, is appreciated. A $300 donation is required for intricate or time-consuming visual content, such as portraits or multiple images.

Text us your images and inquire about our process and how we can illustrate the perfect homage from what you envision for your honorees (Veteran's, Fallen Rider's, and Service Workers). This mural is about creating a lasting tribute to those who have sacrificed, served, and protected our country. Each stroke of paint is a symbol of gratitude, each name included is a mark of respect, and each detail is a testament to the dedication and commitment of our veterans, fallen riders, and community service workers. By involving the community in this project, we aim to create a sense of unity and pride, where everyone can come together to honor those who have made a difference in our lives.

Let's come together to show our appreciation and gratitude to those who have given so much for our freedom and safety. The intricate details of the mural, from the Statue of Liberty to the personalized portraits of veterans, serve as a reminder of the diversity and strength of our nation. It is a visual representation of the values that our country stands for - freedom, courage, and unity. This is a living tribute that will continue to grow and evolve as more names and stories are added, ensuring that the legacy of our heroes is never forgotten. Your support is crucial in helping us bring this meaningful project to fruition. Together, we can create a masterpiece that not only beautifies the city but also honors the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country. Join us in celebrating the spirit of Veteran's Day by contributing to this impactful mural project.
